Bob was a 59 year old man from New Jersey who started walking a year before he learned about Exerstriding. Standing 5'-8" tall, he had started out at 285 pounds and had managed to walk off nearly 50 pounds. He had reached a "plateau" and was finding it difficult to lose additional weight.
